NG Wire™ Privacy Policy

The NG Wire™ app is owned by NG Orange LLC™, an app developer. NG Orange LLC™ is not affiliated with the NEC® or NFPA®.

We have adopted this Privacy Policy, which determines how we are processing any information collected by the NG Wire™ app, which also provides the reasons why we must collect certain data when you use the app. Therefore, you must read this Privacy Policy before using the NG Wire™ app. This privacy policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Your use of the NG Wire™ app is also conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with the NG Wire™ Terms and Conditions outlined below. Additionally, your use of the NG Orange™ website is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with the NG Orange™ website’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Personal Data
Use of the NG Wire™ app requires no personally identifiable data, therefore no personal data is collected by NG Wire™ directly.

Third-Party Services

NG Wire™ does use the following third-party services which might utilize your personal data. By using NG Wire™, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party services privacy policies.

RevenueCat

NG Wire™ uses RevenueCat to facilitate subscription and paywall processing. RevenueCat data is collected anonymously and does not link to any personal information. Please see RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy for more information.

TestFlight®

NG Wire™ uses TestFlight® for beta testing. If you participate in NG Wire™ beta testing, Apple® may collect and send crash logs, your personal information such as first name, last name and email address, usage information, and any feedback you submit to NG Orange™. NG Wire™ Terms & Conditions

All users of the NG Wire™ app agree that their use of the app is subject to the terms and conditions stated on this page and all applicable laws and that any such use is undertaken at the user's own risk. Users are responsible for ensuring that the data used from NG Wire™ is properly applied, accurate, and complete. NG Orange™ will not be liable or responsible for any errors or omissions related to the data and its use. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable laws, neither NG Orange LLC™ nor anyone associated with NG Orange LLC™, shall be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to the use of the NG Wire™ app. This limitation of liability applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for lost profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information, even if NG Orange LLC™ is notified in advance of the potential for any such damages.

License
NG Wire™ utilizes Apple’s standard end user license agreement (EULA).

Subscription

• The subscription auto-renews at the end of each term.

• Payment will be charged to the user’s Apple iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
